Generally: $1M+ in annual processing volume, OR 5+ locations, OR complex billing (multi-MID, ERP integration, custom checkout). If you're not sure, call us — we'll tell you in 5 minutes which tier fits.
What kind of pricing should I expect?+
Custom interchange-plus. Your exact markup depends on volume, average ticket, card mix, and risk profile, but enterprise merchants typically sit between 0.10% and 0.30% above wholesale interchange. For comparison: SMB tiered pricing usually buries 0.6–1.2% of markup.
Do I get a real account manager, or just a support email?+
