PARTNER PROGRAMS

Build with a Canadian payments operator. Designed for serious commercial relationships.

SavPay operates three structured partner programs for professional advisors, commercial intermediaries, and licensed Independent Sales Organizations working with Canadian merchants. Each program is designed for long-term alignment, with commercial terms reviewed individually.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

Three programs. Aligned to how you work.

From advisors who introduce a handful of clients per year to licensed ISOs operating their own portfolio under our master license, each program is built around a specific commercial role. Detailed terms are reviewed individually and agreed under NDA during onboarding.

Referral Partner

For accountants, business advisors, and financial consultants.

  • Introduce qualifying Canadian merchants — SavPay's commercial team manages the full sales cycle
  • Structured compensation framework tied to closed and active accounts
  • Quarterly reporting and partner-relationship reviews
  • Co-branded collateral and client-facing ROI talking points
  • Dedicated relationship contact at SavPay's Montréal office

Producing Partner

For active sales professionals and commercial intermediaries.

  • Active selling role across SavPay's payments, capital, and business-solutions stack
  • Performance-based compensation scaled to volume and account tenure
  • Access to SavPay's CRM, deal-desk, and proposal infrastructure
  • Dedicated underwriting contact and accelerated approval lane

Master ISO / White-Label

For licensed ISOs and channel operators building under SavPay's master license.

  • Sub-agent override architecture under SavPay's master ISO license
  • Full white-label option — your brand on partner portals and merchant-facing materials
  • Direct underwriting relationships with Clover, Moneris, and Nuvei
  • Custom commercial structure reviewed against your forecast volume and portfolio
  • Named SavPay account director and quarterly operating reviews

PROCESS

From first conversation to active partnership.

1

Application & Review

Submit your profile, business history, and the program tier that matches your role. SavPay completes background and compliance review, typically within a few business days.

2

Commercial Terms

Detailed commercial terms — the structure, mechanics, and schedule of compensation — are reviewed and agreed under NDA. Each partnership is documented in a formal partner agreement.

3

Activation

Once executed, you are activated with your dedicated SavPay relationship contact, access to the partner stack, and the first introductions or transitions begin.

PROCESSORS, NETWORKS & GATEWAYS

The infrastructure behind your portfolio.

SavPay maintains direct processor relationships with Moneris, Clover, and Nuvei, alongside a working network of card, gateway, and POS partners. The architecture exists to route each merchant to the right-fit acquirer for their transaction profile.

FAQ

Questions partners ask before they apply.

Who qualifies as a referral partner?+
Accountants, business advisors, financial consultants, brokers, and trade associations whose clients include Canadian merchants. No volume minimum to apply — we evaluate fit based on the deal flow you can realistically generate and the segment you serve.
How is compensation structured?+
All three programs use a performance-based framework tied to closed accounts and ongoing merchant activity. Specific structure — base, accelerators, residual treatment, payout cadence — is documented in your partner agreement and confidential. We review individually because a Master ISO relationship looks materially different from a referral one.
Do I need to be a licensed ISO to apply?+
No. Only the Master ISO / White-Label tier requires a registered ISO entity. Referral and Producing Partner tiers have no licensing requirement beyond standard background and compliance review.
How long does onboarding take?+
Application and review typically takes a few business days. NDA execution and commercial terms agreement adds another 5–10 business days depending on program tier. Activation — partner-portal access, dedicated contact assigned, first introductions — happens immediately after the partner agreement is signed.
What happens to my referred merchants if our partnership ends?+
Existing merchant accounts you referred remain with SavPay under their original terms. Specific post-termination treatment of ongoing compensation is documented in the partner agreement and varies by program tier.
Can I see the partner agreement before committing?+
Yes. Once your application clears initial review and we've had a fit conversation, we share the draft partner agreement under NDA before you commit to anything. Commercial terms are tailored at that point.
Do you work with non-Canadian partners?+
We work with partners who refer Canadian merchants. Partner entities themselves can be incorporated anywhere — but the merchants must operate in Canada because SavPay processes through Canadian acquirers (Moneris, Clover, Nuvei).
