Clinic payments.Compliant. Quiet. Built for treatment plans.

Recurring billing for treatment plans. Multi-practitioner revenue splits. PHIPA-aware data handling. After-hours pay-by-text so the front desk can go home.

WHAT IT NEEDS TO DO

Built for what your business actually does every day.

Treatment-plan billing

Split a $4,800 dental plan into 12 monthly payments. Auto-charge, auto-retry, auto-receipt. Patient signs once.

Multi-practitioner splits

Three dentists, one clinic, separate revenue allocation. Patient sees one charge — your books see clean splits.

Recurring billing

Tokenized card vault. Card-updater service for expired cards. Patients don't drop off because their Visa expired.

Pay-by-text

Send a payment link by SMS. Patient pays from their phone. Front desk doesn't field 8 p.m. calls about co-pays.

Practice management integration

Compatible with Jane App, Cliniko, ClinicSense and similar practice-management tools — charge from the chart, not from a separate app.

PHIPA + Law 25 aware

No raw card data stored. Canadian data sovereignty. Consent workflows built into every recurring billing setup.

TYPICAL SAVINGS

Mid-size clinics on SavPay typically see meaningful monthly savings on processing plus measurable reduction in front-desk admin when they adopt pay-by-text and recurring billing automation.

FAQ

Common questions.

Is SavPay PHIPA/Law 25 compliant?+
Yes for the payment layer. We never store raw card data (everything is tokenized). All data hosted on Canadian servers. We sign Data Processing Agreements with clinics that need them on file.
Do you integrate with Jane App / Cliniko?+
Yes. Direct integrations with both. Most clinic clients are up and running within a week — we handle the connection and test transactions during onboarding.
Can patients pay over multiple practitioners?+
Yes. Multi-practitioner revenue splits are built in. Patient sees one charge on their statement; your accounting sees the split per practitioner.
What about HSA / FSA cards for cross-border patients?+
Supported. Nuvei accepts US HSA and FSA cards for Canadian merchants serving cross-border clientele.
Pay-by-text — is it secure?+
Yes. The SMS contains a one-time link. Patient enters card on a hosted Nuvei page. We never store, log, or transmit card data through SMS itself.
